What is the layout of the house?
The property is situated on the top of a hill surrounded by 10,000m2 of olive trees, the house itself is 120m2 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom, the other is between the other bedrooms. All bedrooms have queen beds.
There is a large veranda, the pool is 47m2, is not deep and has large steps in.
Can I always contact someone when I’m at the villa?
Yes, once you book and closer to the date you will be introduced to your host, whom will be available during your stay at the villa. They can also help you with anything you might need to make your stay more enjoyable.
When is check-in/check-out?
We can welcome you from 4pm on the day of check-in
And we will say good-bye at 10am on the day of check-out
What is the nearest airport?
We are lucky enough to have two international airports close by.
Brindisi airport : 40 minutes
Bari : 65 minutes
What is the nearest town?
Ostuni : 15 minutes - the white city, is dramatic and a must see.
Cegile Messpica : 15 minutes - known for it’s culinary delights.
Alberobello : 30 minutes - the famous trulli village.
Monopoli : 40 minutes - a wonderful port town with some lovely beaches to the south.
Polignano A Mare : 40minutes - beautiful dramatic town on the cliff face with a very famous beach.
Lecce : 1 hour - the ‘Florence of the South’ is a creamy baroque masterpiece. A must visit.
Matera : 1 hour 30 minutes - to the north, the UNESCO town is one of the oldest inhabited cities in the world.
What is the nearest beach?
We are situated on the Apulian hills which means that we have a milder climate. So we are in fact in the middle to both the Adriatic sea and the Ionian sea.
To the Adriatic sea coast is 30minutes to Lido Bosco Verde - a favourite beach of ours.
To the Ioniac sea coast is 60minutes there are nice beaches around Lido Saint Bon.

What is the check-in process like?
Check-in is easy, our host will reach out to you via whatsapp and give you detailed instructions on how to get to the villa. Depending on what time you arrive, you will either be greeted or we will set up self-checkin so you can arrive whenever it suits you.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, we ask for €500 security deposit to be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. If there is no damage to the property, the money will be sent back 7 days after departure.
Do you have things for a baby?
Yes, we have a cot, a high-chair, bibs, and plates and cutlery for a baby. Please let us know before you arrive so everything can be set up.
How often does the housekeeper come?
The house keeper comes twice a week. If you would like them to come more often please let us know.
Is the pool heated?
No, we opted for a non-heated pool as we prefer to have it refreshing, as it is not deep, the sun heats the pool.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, air conditioning and heating is throughout the house. You can adjust per room the temperature.
What type of linen and toiletries are provided?
Linen - bedsheets, duvets etc are provided. Towels - shower and pool are also provided. We have toiletries by Aesop such as shampoo, conditioner, handwash and bodywash in the house.
What is the wifi like?
Excellent, we have starlink, satellite internet.
Do you have a television?
No, we do not have a television.
Are pets welcome?
Small dogs are welcome, we do charge an extra cleaning fee. We ask that you make sure that they respect the furniture.
Is smoking allowed?
Yes, but only outside.
Can you help me with organising things, i.e. Birthday surprises?
Yes, if you need anything special for your stay, please ask our host and they can provide help you with everything.
