Terms of service.

To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. 70% final payment must be received not less than 6 weeks prior to arrival.

• The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.

• A security deposit of € 500 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

• 6 weeks prior your arrival: 50% deposit refunded

• less than 6 weeks prior your arrival: no refund

Conditions:

• Check in time: from 4pm (self-checkin available for late arrivals)

• Check out time: 10 am
